Akhanda Yoga is a contemporary style of Hatha Yoga that blends ancient traditions with a modern approach.
The term “Akhanda” means indivisible and complete, representing the integration of Hatha, Raja, Karma, Jnana, Mantra, and Bhakti Yoga, synthesized by Vishvketu into a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The goal is to unite feminine and masculine energies, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.
The practice includes asanas, pranayama, mudras, meditation, relaxation,
and concentration, and is based on five key elements: movement (Annamaya Kosha), breath (Pranayamaya Kosha), mantra (Manomaya Kosha), meditation (Vijanamaya Kosha), and
wisdom (Anandamaya Kosha), along with five energetic principles: Apana, Prana, Samana, Vyana, Udana, and Cosmic Pran.

Sound and music have a powerful impact on our body, mind, and emotions.
Gentle sounds, like a flowing stream or the song of crickets, can relax us, while chaotic sounds, such as explosions or traffic, can create anxiety. Music has the power to calm us, uplift our spirit, and energize us.
The ancient Yogis studied the effect of sound on the body and nervous system, recognizing that, like light, sound is a primordial energy. From this awareness, Nada Yoga was born, which explores not only the physics of sound but also its ability to transform consciousness.
