Silence Can Be Heard: Towards and Through Silence
Silence is much more than the absence of noise. Limbo Retreats, in collaboration with The Art of Living, offers the ideal environment and a unique combination of advanced techniques to dive deeply inward, releasing the constant chatter of the mind.
A blend of advanced breathing techniques (Sudarshan Kriya™), guided meditations, yoga, mudras, digital detox, and in-depth knowledge of how the mind and emotions work creates the optimal conditions to free oneself from a busy mind, go deeper, and experience truly transformative change.
The Art of Living is a philosophy of life and an international movement founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in 1981.
Present in over 180 countries, it has been promoting individual well-being for more than 40 years through programs in meditation, breathing, and inner growth, supporting stress reduction, inner peace, and harmony among people.
The retreat will take place from February 13 to 17, 2026, at Ciocco Hotels, Castelvecchio Pascoli (LU).
