The sense of HEARING is intimately connected to the fifth chakra, Vishudda, known as the chakra of intuition. Hearing brings us back to the here and now, to the present moment. Active listening is essential for developing a deep connection with ourselves and with others. Vishudda, located at the center of the throat, governs communication in all its forms. It is responsible not only for the ability to express oneself verbally but also for the ability to listen to and understand others. This chakra is associated with the ether element and manifests in the light blue color. Its Bija Mantra is OM HAM. Vishudda plays a crucial role in relationships with the external world, making us aware of our authenticity and opening us to the opinions of others.

Astro Vinyasa
In this Vinyasa class led by Ameriga, who is also an anthropologist, life coach, and astrologer, she will present a theme related to the movement of the stars in the sky.
This class will be a true gym for the spirit, as it combines Ameriga's three competencies: astrology, life coaching, and yoga.
In the first part of the session, Ameriga will explain the current movements of the stars, connecting them to a theme of personal growth related to listening and Vishuddha Chakra.
The second part will continue with a vinyasa practice that promises to be intense and profound, accompanied by Kirtan and immersive music.

Having grown up in the Videomusic Studios at Il Ciocco, Alessandro Stefani is a creative enthusiast passionate about art and music. After attending the Academy of Fine Arts of Carrara and working as a communication consultant for UNICRI United Nations Agency and as a freelance videomaker - directing, among others, the videoclip Poems by God by the italian singer Elisa - he is actively committed to Il Ciocco as a Brand & Communication Manager since 2011 and Creative Director since 2020. Known in underground music circles as Vitamina Jeans, he is co-founder of Limbo Festival.
