My name is Erica, but thanks to a play on sounds, the nickname Rirri was born. I worked for 12 years as a lawyer in major law firms in Milan, until I realized that my life wasn't heading in the right direction. Even my body was showing clear signs of discomfort; I felt lost, overwhelmed by fears, anxieties, and dissatisfaction. But it was precisely in that moment of difficulty that I discovered Kundalini yoga. Thanks to this transformative practice, I found the strength to heal my inner wounds, rewrite my story, and live authentically and in harmony with myself. Today, I continue to work as a lawyer but outside the legal office, and I teach yoga consistently, following the Very Prosperity Club community that I've created, where I share my yoga experience with anyone seeking a path to align with their truest and most prosperous self. In addition to Kundalini yoga, I teach various techniques for which I have undergone training, such as the SAH METHOD, which will be one of the classes I will lead during this retreat on the first chakra.

Petra Santa invites you to let yourself be guided in experiencing the deepest relaxation ever. This Yoga Nidra practice gently guides in a progressively deeper experience of a vast, peaceful, creative, fertile meditative space. Many report coming back from the practice feeling as if they just woke up from the greatest night of sleep they ever had. Modern Yoga Nidra is an adaptation of the ancient Tantric practice of Nyasa by Swami Satyananda. His words to describe it: “It is a state in which you are neither asleep nor awake. If you fall asleep, it is not Yoga Nidra. If you remain awake, then it is also not Yoga Nidra. If dreams overtake you, it is not Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a state in which there is awareness of the conscious, subconscious and unconscious fields of your mind all at one time. It is a perfect therapy. It removes all psychological abnormalities and sanskaras, and helps you to become your normal, natural self.”
