"I see, smell, listen, taste, and feel, letting impressions marinate in curiosity and contemplation until they burst out through my fingertips. Sometimes I'm surprised, sometimes confused - most of the time, I'm smiling. For about a decade, I've been exploring ways to have a new experience of myself in the world. Seeing myself differently, I remind myself that I can move in this world with lightness.
I view every interaction and situation as an opportunity to better understand myself, and the better I understand myself, the better I can relate to others. Let's inspire and motivate ourselves to create and build and embrace all of life - including the darkness - with lightness."
